Do you accept insurance?
I am a private-pay-only provider and am not in-network with any insurance plans. This allows us to focus entirely on your clinical needs and personal goals without the restrictions or diagnostic requirements often imposed by insurance companies.
Can I use my Out-of-Network benefits?
Yes. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly “superbill” (a detailed receipt) which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider beforehand to confirm your “out-of-network outpatient mental health” coverage. However, I partner with Mentaya to help you easily submit claims for reimbursement. Mentaya handles the entire process for you, making it more convenient than a superbill.
What are your fees?
• Initial Evaluation (75 min): $190
• Individual Session (55 min): $140
• ART Session (90 min): $230
• ART 3-Hour Intensive: $550
• A 15% discount is available for those who prepay for a monthly bundle of four sessions via ACH.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I maintain a limited number of reduced-rate spots for those experiencing financial hardship. These are available for up to 8 sessions. Please ask about my Reduced Rate Application during our consultation to check for current availability.
How long does therapy take?
The duration of therapy is highly individual. Some clients come for focused work using ART to process a specific trauma in a few sessions, while others prefer a longer-term approach to navigate generational patterns and identity work. We will collaborate to find a pace that feels right for your goals.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit cards, debit cards, FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.

What is your approach to therapy?
My approach is not a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I use a collaborative, integrated style, drawing from several evidence-based practices to meet your specific needs. My goal is to give you a toolbox of skills to help you navigate life’s challenges.
My work is always trauma-informed. This means I prioritize creating a safe, trustworthy, and collaborative environment. I operate from an understanding of how trauma impacts a person’s life, and I’ll work with you at a pace that feels comfortable. The goal is to empower you and avoid re-traumatizing you in the therapeutic process.
What is the first step?
The first step is a complimentary consultation. This is a brief conversation where we can discuss what you’re looking for and ensure we are a good fit for the work ahead.
