Individual Therapy:
Initial Session: Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation – $198 per 75 min session
You can choose the session length that best fits your needs, with options ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, or up to 3 hours for deep-work intensives.
Psychotherapy – $145 per 55 mins session, $238 per 90 min session, $119 per 45 min session, $79 per 30 min session.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) – $285 per 90 min session
- ART 3-Hour Intensive: $570 (Requires $285 non-refundable deposit)
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit Card, debit cards, FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards
A limited reduced rate is available upon request for up to 8 sessions. Clients may request a Reduced Rate Application to determine eligibility.
A signed agreement and a credit card on file are required.
All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued for or including missed, canceled, or partially attended sessions.
Prepaid Monthly Session Discount Policy
For clients committed to weekly progress, I offer a 10% discount when you prepay for four (4) sessions via ACH transfer.

Includes: One (1) Initial Evaluation (75 min) and three (3) Standard Sessions (55 min).

Policy Notes:
Exclusions: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) 90-minute and 3-hour Intensives are excluded from this prepaid discount due to their specialized nature.
Refunds: Prepaid packages are non-refundable. If a session is cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, it is forfeited from the package.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will not be refunded or rescheduled.
