Not all grief comes from a death.

Some of the heaviest losses we carry are the ones society doesn’t send a sympathy card for.

I created The Living Loss Podcast because I wanted to offer a wider space for these unspoken conversations. Alongside my incredible co-host, Cassandra Harris-Towner, we explore the silent, invisible weight of life’s major transitions.

Whether it is the quiet pain of family estrangement, shifting relationship dynamics, or mourning the future you thought you would have, this show gives a voice to the complex grief of the living.

Season One is Available Now

We recently wrapped up our first season with 22 powerful episodes. Throughout the season, Cassandra and I sit down with incredible guests, including authors like Joel Asencio and everyday individuals navigating complex family dynamics, to share real, unfiltered stories of resilience.

We explore the reality of carrying generational expectations, the shifting roles we play within our families, and how to find true internal freedom.

¡Ahora en Español! Well, Spanglish!

Me emociona mucho compartir que ya están disponibles nuestros episodios adicionales en español. Connecting with our bilingual and first-generation community in our native language is deeply important to me, and I am so excited to share these special bonus conversations with you.
