Group Therapy

As in individual therapy, I use evidence-based modalities to guide the group process, helping participants address the emotional pain of grief and trauma, navigate the complexities of cultural identity, and foster personal resilience. Group therapy allows you to build meaningful connections with others who truly understand the unique pressures of balancing multiple cultural worlds, while also offering a space for healing and personal growth.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and rebuild trust. In 55-minute in-person or virtual sessions, we’ll use evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, to help you navigate conflicts, deepen connection, and create a partnership built on mutual understanding and respect.

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s trauma, grief, or personal growth. In 55-minute in-person or virtual sessions, we’ll use evidence-based approaches to help you heal, build resilience, and create a meaningful, value-driven life.
